HUSKIES HELP SAVE EQUIPMENT FROM PLANE

GREENLAND -- A Team of dogs helps the crew of a RAF "Hudson" ? bomber, which is shown rapidly sinking through thin ice, (background), rescue valuable equipment from the plane. Ship was forced to land on the dangerous ice because of lack of fuel, while on a survey sortie over Greenland. Plane and crew, from a RAF Ferry Command Station, where located by a US Navy Catalina patrol plane, and the crew and valuable equipment rescued. (Passed by Censors)
